Our Mission

Ampthill Rayon Workers, Inc. has been serving the workers of E. I. DuPont de Nemour’s Spruance Plant in Richmond Virginia for over 74 years, and as of April 01, 2026 Arclin company,an affilate of TJC LP. We pride ourselves on a history of distinguished and respected labor negotiations for our membership.
